View Critcally and Respond 8

I chose the photo of Lady Liberty in New York with the sunset in the background. The main photo composition that I noticed in this picture, is that it has rule of thirds. Other things I noticed about this photo is that it has long depth of field because everything is in focus. Another reason it was my favorite photos is because I loved the sunset in the background. I also thought that the city lights and  the construction looked cool because of its silhouette. I also really liked the statue because it has light and stands out by the rest of the silhouettes.

For shutter priority mode you have to switch the camera setting to either "S" or "Tv" depending on you camera. This is where the photographer can controll shutter priority. This setting is usually used when trying to capture photos of moving objects or taking photos of movement. To set the camera to aperture priority mode, you must put your camera on the "A" setting or the "Av" setting. This will give you aperture. Aperture helps with depth of field. The best thing for these techniques is practice.
