Publication Assignment 1

The Man Who Came to Dinner was such a good play and I think that the actors did a great job! Sadly I did not have enough time to go get interviews because I had to get picked up early and I was on a tight schedule.

This is a picture of Ellie Zambarano (acting as Maddie Culter) in the play "The Man Who Came to Dinner" at the McCallum High School Fine Arts Theater. This scene is at the begging of the play when Maddie is reading a letter to the main charecter Sheridan Whiteside (played by Tristan Tierney).

In this photo Ellie Zambarano, is with Tristan Tierney as he argues to get the phone. This was taken right before the last picture with just Ellie. Now Tristan has approached her in his wheel chair right after the phone rang.

This is a picture with Ellie, Tristan, and now a boy named Joseph Cardenas. He plays the role of Bert Jefferson. Joseph (Bert) and Ellie (Maggie) have fallen in love in the play while they listen to Tristan while he is talking about all of his plans.

Here we have a picture of Sheridan Whiteside and Harriet Stanley (played by Ezra Ferrell) while Harriet is showing Sheridan some pictures. Ezra's particular character seems to be very enthusiastic over Tristans and has a great and hilarioud personality around him.

This is definitely one of my favorite photos because I caught it at the perfect time and I just love both of their reactions. In this picture we have Sheridan Whiteside and Ms. Preen. Ms. Preen is played by Celeste deBardelaben. In this sence, Ms. Preen is waking up Mr. Whiteside to take his medicine. They both get shocked and jump while they are having this sudden reaction.

In this picture, Sheridan is talking to June Stanley (played by Grace Protzmann) and Richard Stanley (played by Till Simon). This photo shows the three of them bonding together as they never have before since everyone is frightened of Sheridan. The kids just came back from ice-skating and Sheridan is giving them some "encouraging tips or advice.

  1. Wow. You went above and beyond by doing six photos. And they are really good. You don't have quotes or headlines for the captions, but you have a lot of contextual information which is really important and well done. 99
